went to this impromptu malaysia trip
on the 27th

so we went la
with popot
ook car there
went to this FAR place instead of the usual holiday inn/city square/and some shopping centre
saw this HUGE HUGE HUGE shopping centre
called jusco or something
wooh~
went shopping for some stuff my mom needs
then we went to the pasa malam
WOOH~ i tell you
malaysia pasa malan is awesomei think its fab la
ITS SO BIGthat you will think that singapore's one is just pathetic or something
i always go to the pasa malam there if i go jb la
love it there
and we took this private car back
according to popo
its something like ba wang che from the 80'spaid $12 each person to get back to singapore-_-
so ex!

so yesterday had this family dinner reunion thingy
since yiyisharon is her from germany and mandy jiejie/yiyi is back from USA for a while.
at da su gong's hse
which is some distance relative la
like my grandfather's bro or something
those meet once-in-a-year kind during chinese new year
so was kinda paiseh and bored la
cos joel wasnt there
and joey came like after 3hrs i was there
and had quite some prob memorising names of who to call and whose chiild is that etc etc
since the names were quite wierd
su gong/su po/gu po/chiong gong
and had to call those kids that were YOUNGER than me AUNTIES/yiyi
some generation problems la
so the youngest aunty i had to call was like nikki who is 10mths old
who is mandy's jiejie/yiyi kids
who is an american
*wahh*second un-singaporean realative. first is sharon yiyi
and 4mths later
i will have another 'aunty'
cos jolene jiejie/yiyi is giving birth soon

funny thing is
i remember when i was young
like till i'm 11 or something la
everytime i step into da su gong's hse during chinese new year
mandy jiejie/yiyi. her older sis. and jolene jiejie/yiyi
since they were the ones i was once closer too
will ran to me and exclaimed how cute i am and pinch my cheeks

and then we will call then yiyi
then they will say loudly
'DONT CALL ME YIYI OKAY. i'm still young. CALL ME JIEJIE'
that explains the whole jiejie/yiyi thingy
dont know what to call la-_-
until yesterday
when i called one of them jiejie
she was like ''you're suppose to call me aunty what''
*SHOCK*
okay.
erm. ya
so we had this buffet style potluck
and omfg
i ate like ALOT
cos the food were awesomely superbly nice
XP
then we took family photo
and i really mean HUGE FAMILY PHOTO
there were like 30++ ppl la
so the old ones sat on the sofa and the kids sit on the floor
so the the rest had to stand. which includes me la
so apparently the 'rest' pushed me behind
cos i was 'tall' or rather taller then them -_-
so in the end i was push to the last row
and i had to stand to the chair and bend 90degrees down la
WTH
tall still need to stand on chairs--->irony1
i still need to bend 90degrees down to fit my head in the picture la.
THIS IS THE DISADVANTAGE OF BEING TALL-_-
watched the whatever baby-show and vertical limits
i remembered vertical limits very clearly cos i watched that movie when it came out
and it scared the hell out of me

then violets jiejie's hse
cos both my sister won some lucky draw prizes
BOTH!!!
and like got only FOUR PRIZES LA
they wont half of it>.<
one won the first prize
and one won the 2nd/3rd/4th prize la
so now we have like this SUPER UBER HUGE HUGE bear sitting on the chair
and a portable laptop-like dvd player
